Final few days in Wales

After a few days in Edinburgh, we stopped overnight at Skegness in Lincolnshire, on our way to Heathrow, where we said goodbye to Neil and Carolyn.  We returned to Aberystwyth for a final few days with Jean's mum and dad.
While in Aber, the weather was both glorious....
...and wet.
One afternoon, when it was nice, we had a walk at Borth, just a couple of miles away, around the coast from Aber.
Borth looked slightly deserted, but it's usually humming with people during the summer.  The place is empty in winter as the houses are all holiday homes.
The cafe in Borth where Jean once worked during the summer.
Looking over to Aberdovey, and beyond to....Barmouth?
Ann, Barry and Jean out for a stroll near Borth.
Back in Bow Street, Tom likes to feed the birds.  Here, we see a woodpecker in action.
Our final morning before driving off to Heathrow.  The four of us had lunch at the Starling Cloud, then Jean and I headed to London.
